FAQ
Mountain trails are not risk-free. We monitor weather, walk with experienced local mountain guides, and turn around when conditions are unsafe. You still need suitable fitness, boots and travel insurance.
We offer graded routes and send a fitness prep checklist two weeks before departure.
Most packages include private transfer to/from the airport or hotel — confirmed at booking.
Send an availability request via Check Availability, WhatsApp or email. We confirm dates in writing. After that confirmation you pay a deposit (PayPal); the remaining balance is cash at the start or end of the trip.
Most healthy adults and teenagers (with guardian consent) can fly tandem. Weight limits apply — tell us your details when booking. Flights run only when conditions allow.
Yes — our 3- and 4-day Merzouga trips are private with your own driver, 4×4 and camp arrangements unless you request otherwise.
Policies vary by activity (typically 24–48 hours for day trips, longer for Sahara). Exact terms are shown in each program detail.
