By booking or using services from Go Morocco Trek, you agree to these terms. Please read them before confirming your trip.
Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once you accept the itinerary and any deposit or payment terms we communicate by email or WhatsApp. Prices are quoted per person for private tours unless stated otherwise.
Payments
To confirm your booking: pay a deposit via PayPal (amount confirmed on WhatsApp or email). The remaining balance is paid in cash (MAD or EUR) at the start or end of your tour, as stated in your quote. All amounts use the currency agreed in your quote.
Cancellations & changes
Cancellation policies vary by activity — typically 24–48 hours notice for day trips and longer notice for multi-day Sahara or trekking programs. Specific terms appear in each program description. We will try to accommodate date changes subject to availability.
Traveller responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and health/fitness information
- Follow your guide's safety instructions at all times
- Carry valid travel insurance covering trekking or adventure activities where applicable
- Respect local customs, communities and the environment
Activity risks
Mountain trekking, paragliding and desert travel involve inherent risks including altitude, weather and terrain. You participate at your own risk. We use licensed guides and maintained equipment, but we cannot guarantee specific summit conditions or flight availability.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Moroccan law, Go Morocco Trek is not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by weather or force majeure, or personal items lost during tours. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
